Organize and stock incoming food shipments according to protocol
Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations according to sanitary practices to meet health department standards
Prepare and serve food dishes to service staff
Follow recipes to prep food items according to required par sheet
Communicate with service and staff on regular basis of items running low, out of product, or any nuance
Check food temps for quality and safety
Operate different kitchen appliances and equipment
Follow all safety procedures

Must be 18 years of age, or older.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
