You must provide a valid phone number or email address.
Confirmation calls (or emails) will be made prior to each workshop.
If a minimum of 3 people are not confirmed, the workshop is subject to cancellation.

"No-show/ No calls" will result in cancellation of your registration for any other
One-Stop workshops you are scheduled to attend. If you are not going to be able to
attend a workshop, please notify the instructor in advance. You may leave a message
by phone at 245-1563, or by email at mjustin@thesmartcenter.biz
